Am I dreaming? Could it really be true?
A couple these signs have appeared in our neighborhood, along with big repair trucks.
Do ya think.....do ya think we might be getting power up here in these parts today?
Today is Day 9. They have told us we will have our power back today . ***all that huffing & puffing you hear, is me - NOT holding my breath***
On a fresher note, this is a GREAT space saving solution my mom saw on tv. (It might have been credited back to Martha Stewart).Storage solution: this picture is of a closet I use as a pantry. To the inside of the open door, add an Over the Door shoe rack. Sometimes they come with clear plastic pockets, but this one ($13.98 @ WalMart) has a canvas back, and mesh double pockets. The point is so you can see through them, and gain additional storage for smaller things that get lost/knocked around. I have jello, spices, lentils, beans, etc in the pockets.
The pockets are never able to be so full that you cant close the door. Hope you all find this a little helpful, for anywhere you might need some space for those smaller items.

Back tomorrow with some thoughts on new tv shows tonight. I will be watching all CBS. Comedies at 8, 8:30, 9 and 9:30. Then CSI-Miami at 10pm. I cant wait to see what happened to Horatio Caine - who was left shot on a runway.

After you and I talked, I bought two yesterday. I bought the cheaper $7 ones with just the clear plastic pockets. I didn't realize that the mesh was a double pocket. Anyway, I hung one in Tripp's bathroom, for extra soaps, shampoos, etc. I have one for the closet under the stairs. I need one for my spare/scrap room upstairs. I NEED THEM EVERYWHERE. We have bifold doors on our clothes closets, but I might be able to hang one on the inside wall. Great idea. Thanks for sharing.
