Rocky Road

This is one of the quickest and tastiest holiday treat recipes I use. Enjoy!

Rocky Road Candy

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup peanut butter

Melt together over double boiler.














Remove from heat, then stir in:

3 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup dry roasted peanuts

Stir to completely coat ingredients.














Pour into an 8x8 buttered dish/pan.
Set pan in a cool place/refrigerator to set firm.














Cut, serve, and eat.

I cut this recipe into 6 rows X 6 rows (36 pieces), which see to be just right (2 bites).
