Put On A Happy Face

This is my friend, Lynn. She's not always a clown - normally she teaches the greatest Step Aerobic class...EVER!

She showed up last Friday, dressed up for Halloween. We had the funnest time! How could you just not smile watching that?
She has taught many class styles (kickboxing, pilates, etc), that I dont miss for anything - except twice a year for the dentist. If she taught "Stand On Your Head" class, I would be there to take it.

I cant believe its November already! As Steve and I sat with our calendar, its amazing how nearly full the month is already. Basketball season is almost here....cant wait, cant wait, cant wait.
Exhibition is one week from Thursday, and reg season is in 18 days.
Tomorrow, we finish buying all the remaining OSU game tickets we need, which will fill most of December. This season, instead of going to the NCAA 1st/2nd Rounds (March 2009), we are planning to just go over to Indianapolis to the Big10 Tournament.
We were also thinking about heading to New Orleans for 3 quick days in December, but have thought against it. We have discovered our dog, Gracie, is now deaf. I dont think it bothers her as much as the rest of us, but I dont want to leave her for Mom right now. Mom has been nice enough to offer dig-sitting in March. It certainly is a learning experience for us. We have had to retrain ourselves to communicate differently with Gracie. She watches us closely. I imagine for body language she recognizes that match hand signals. She will be 14 next month (isnt that 98 in people years?).

Have a great week, and look forward to the absence of political ads/phone calls!
